Building Communities
Paragon is considered one of the West's forerunners in the creation of exemplary residential communities.
Construction excellence, architectural integrity and time-honored quality are underlying principles for each
and every community Paragon builds. Superior customer service helps to create satisfied homebuyers.
Experience
Recognized for its depth of knowledge of the real estate development marketplace, Paragon consistently
builds the best selling homes in the regions it serves. Paragon boasts a seasoned, talented management team
-- known among the building and home buying communities for its integrity, commitment to service and
technological innovation. Responsiveness to changing markets and homebuyer profiles has resulted in the
creation of communities that truly serve the many diverse needs of the residents.
Lifestyle and Affordability
In its pursuit of excellence, Paragon has designed and priced most of its communities especially for young
families who often find it difficult to get started in their first home or to move up as their careers and families
grow. The Company strives to offer something more than a quality home. Paragon acknowledges that “lifestyle,” as
well as value, is also important to home buyers. Many of Paragon's communities have included new school and park
sites and offer recreational amenities that are thoughtfully integrated within the neighborhoods. Accordingly,
many of its neighborhoods in Southern California are situated near some of the area's most popular leisure
attractions and precious natural resources.

Value Engineering
Paragon attributes much of its success to paying close attention to the changing demands of the home buying
public. Today’s buyer wants value, while still demanding a well constructed home. Working with focus groups
of consumers in coordination with each of its architects, engineers and subcontractors, Paragon has consistently
designed home plans to lower construction costs, while continuing to provide home buyers with the quality and
features they value most.
